About Us

Lindsay graduated from San Francisco State with a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology—a fancy name for Human Resources. She had a career as the Human Resource Manager /Trainer for The Men’s Wearhouse and Blockbuster Video.  During her years as a stay home mom, Lindsay became a distributor for nutrition products and later created assemblies for school teaching kids to make good food choices.  Her interest the Green initiative intensified after seeing the Inconvenient Truth.  She realized she wanted to motivate her family to go green.  Her daughter urged her to share this message with as many children as possible.

Lori graduated from Hayward State with a BA in  Liberal Studies.  She received her teaching credential from National University.  She taught kindergarten and first grade for many years in both California and Texas.  After experiencing a life threatening illness, Lori shifted her energy into educating families on benefits of whole food nutrition.  As she studied how our food supply works, she came to the realization that our earth is in trouble and needs our help.  Knowing that children are our future, she realized that we need to educate them now on what they can do to help support Mother Earth and her precious natural resources.  Combing her love for educating children and her flair for the dramatic arts Lori hopes to inspire and empower young children all around the world to make change.
